Missionary of the Month
Matt and Erin Hughes are the Missionaries of the Month for September and are missionaries with Y.W.A.M. in Honolulu.
There will be a care package collection at the missions hut in the foyer. Items that are needed for the care package are:
9-12 month girls clothing, small educational toys that travel well, diapers, Baby Mum-Mum crackers.

Angel Food Ministries Orders
It is that time again to place your order for Angel Food ministries. Sunday, September 12th is the last Sunday to place orders for this month. Check out the After School Snacks, Convenience Meals, Grill meats and many other combination boxes. They are so good.

Attention Parents - New format for Children's Ministry
Starting September 5, 2010, Children's Ministry will be changing their format. Please note
drop-off and pick-up procedures.
Drop-off Preschool children - in their appropriate classroom (according to their age).
Pick-up Preschool children - in their appropriate classroom (according to their age).
Drop-off K-4 children - using the Potter's Clayhouse entrance,where they may go to Activity Stations or Upper Room.
Pick-up K-4 children - from the Upper Room using the staircase in the foyer.

Sort and hang clothes at Catholic Charities in Mattoon.

American Red Cross Blood Drive
Sunday, September 12th - 1 to 6 pm at the Charleston campus.
This is a dedicated drive to remember those who lost their lives on 9/11,
those who are fighting for their lives with illness such as cancer and someone
like myself (Andy Trueblood) who was given a 2nd chance.

Beth Moore Bible Studies
Monday, September 13th - 6:30 pm
A new Beth Moore bible study is beginning on Monday nights on the Book of Revelation. It will run for 11 weeks.
